As an Occupational Health Advisor , you willprovide case management services for referrals related to attendance, fitness for work, and OH advice requests.

Duties:

• Produce professional, evidence-based written reports.
• Advise on OH legislative requirements and best practices.
• Conduct fitness medicals and health surveillance per protocols.
• Evaluate medical and surveillance results, providing fitness advice and escalating as needed.
• Provide additional OH services like vaccinations and health promotion when competent.
• Supervise and support team members, including OH Technicians.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as an Occupational Health Advisor or in a similar role.
• Have a valid NMC PIN
• Skilled in: Spirometry, Audiometry, General Medicals, Drug and Alcohol Screening, Case Management, Fitness for Role Assessments

Shift:

• Full-time hybrid position: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Part-time hybrid position: 30 hours over 4 days (3 days on-site, 1 day remote)
