An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nursery Practitioner to join a reputable nursery rated Outstanding by Ofsted. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be delivering engaging learning experiences aligned with a play-based curriculum. This maternity cover position offers a salary of £25,000 - £27,000, along with a range of staff benefits.

You will be responsible for:

  • Encouraging children's development through stimulating indoor and outdoor activities.
  • Creating a warm, supportive environment that promotes learning and personal growth.
  • Supporting safeguarding and child protection practices in line with statutory guidance.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Educator, Nursery Assistant or in a similar role.
  • At least 2 years' experience in nursery.
  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
  • A solid understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and welfare standards.
  • Confident in supporting children across various developmental stages.

Shift: Monday - Friday: 8am - 3pm
