An opportunity has arisen for a Shopping Centre Manager to join a well-established company managing shopping centres, specialising in retail asset management, leasing, and operations. As a Shopping Centre Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a shopping centre, ensuring high standards across facilities, compliance, customer experience, and retailer relationships. This role offers a salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the shopping centre and ensuring smooth running of all site activities.
  • Leading and supporting on-site teams across operations, security, cleaning, and maintenance functions.
  • Developing strong relationships with retailers, tenants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Managing service charge budgets and monitoring operational costs.
