An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Part 2 / Advanced Scaffolder to join a well-established scaffolding company, supporting projects across Yorkshire, including Doncaster, Sheffield, Market Weighton and surrounding areas.
As a Part 2 / Advanced Scaffolder, you will erect, adapt, inspect and dismantle complex scaffolding systems while maintaining high safety and quality standards. This is a full-time ongoing role, with opportunities available for candidates who can start ASAP.
You will be responsible for:
- - Erecting, adapting and dismantling advanced scaffolding structures in line with project requirements and safety standards.
- - Carrying out regular inspections to identify hazards and maintain scaffold integrity.
- - Working alongside site managers, engineers and other trades to coordinate access requirements.
- - Using hand tools and equipment to assemble scaffolding components safely and efficiently.
- - Following site health and safety procedures, including securing work areas and checking equipment.
- - Maintaining accurate records relating to scaffold installations, inspections, alterations and removal.
Suitable backgrounds include:
- - Part 2 Scaffolder, Advanced Scaffolder, CISRS Scaffolder, Qualified Scaffolder, Tube and Fitting Scaffolder, System Scaffolder, Scaffolding Erector, Scaffold Erector
What we are looking for:
- - Experience working as a Part 2 / Advanced Scaffolder with knowledge of complex scaffolding systems.
- - An in-date CISRS card.
- - Strong awareness of health and safety requirements.
- - Ability to work effectively with site teams and other trades.
- - Physically capable of handling heavy materials and working at height in varying weather conditions.
- - Additional skills such as experience with hand tools, power tools, fabrication techniques or other construction trades would be advantageous.
