An opportunity is available for an Automated Gate Engineer to join a company providing automated gate and entry system services. This permanent role offers £40,000–£42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on automated gates and entry systems.
- Attend breakdowns and identify faults with equipment.
- Carry out retrofit work and upgrades to existing systems.
- Undertake occasional routine servicing.
- Work on barriers, intercoms and GSM systems.
- Fit replacement parts, safety edges and associated equipment.
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in gate automation.
- Previous industry experience is essential.
- A driving licence is required.
- A reliable, punctual and trustworthy approach to work.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
