Responsibilities
- Support on-site delivery and live event execution as needed
- Collaborate with clients to define technical requirements and design suitable solutions
- Manage project schedules and budgets for timely delivery
- Produce technical documentation, including system designs and safety paperwork
- Lead and coordinate technical teams during pre-production and on-site delivery
- Oversee integration of lighting, audio, and video systems across projects
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout projects
- Key requirements
- Proven experience in end-to-end live event production with onsite delivery
- Strong AV knowledge (lighting, audio, video) and familiarity with equipment brands/models
- Solid system design, implementation, and troubleshooting in live environments
- Proficiency in Auto CAD and rental management software
- Ability to prepare accurate quotations, manage logistics, and oversee budgets
- Confident in fast-paced live environments and real-time fault diagnosis
- Full driving licence and vehicle not essential but beneficial
