Overview
In this role you will service and maintain commercial gas, plumbing, and heating systems across multiple client sites, with a focus on safety, compliance and reliable delivery. You will support refurbishment projects and work closely with mechanical and electrical teams to provide integrated solutions. Responsibilities
- Undertake plumbing, heating and gas maintenance, installations and repairs
- Deliver planned preventive maintenance and reactive works across client sites
- Diagnose faults and perform remedial works on commercial systems
- Install pipework, valves, water heaters and other plumbing equipment
- Commission and test hot water and heating systems for compliance
- Support refurbishment projects such as washroom or catering area upgrades
- Maintain accurate digital records of completed works
- Collaborate with other mechanical and electrical teams to deliver integrated solutions
Key requirements
- Gas Engineer or related role experience
- At least 2 years' experience
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or related Mechanical discipline
- Current Commercial and Domestic Gas Certifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CODNCO1, CDGA1, CIGA1)
- G3 certification for Unvented Hot Water Systems
- Electrical Safety awareness
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Gas Safe registration (implied by certifications)
