An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join well-established residential estate agency providing property sales, lettings and property management services. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be managing residential sales activity, negotiating offers and supporting the branch with business generation, client service and team performance. This full-time role offers salary range of£27,000 - £30,000 and benefits. You will be responsible for: Registering and qualifying applicants, including their circumstances, requirements, timescales and ability to proceed. Organising property viewings and ensuring timely follow-up. Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve suitable outcomes. Checking and qualifying buyers and offers before presenting them to vendors. Identifying potential transaction issues and escalating them where necessary. Generating valuation opportunities from existing records and following up previous market appraisals. Building relationships with buyers and vendors to encourage repeat and referral business. Supporting targeted prospecting and branch campaigns. Assisting the Sales Manager with the effective day-to-day running of the branch. Recording calls, viewing feedback, offers and client communications within the CRM. Maintaining accurate applicant requirements and buying positions. What we are looking for: Essential: Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or similar role. Experience in residential estate agency. Background in negotiating property sales and using an estate agency CRM system. Strong telephone and face-to-face communication skills. Knowledge of the residential sales process. Full UK driving licence. Desirable: Experience in generating valuations and new business. Background in supporting or mentoring junior negotiators. Knowledge of the East Lancashire property market. Relevant property industry qualifications such as MNAEA or equivalent.
