An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent to join a well-established company offering estate agency, letting, legal, and mortgage services, alongside regulated support for buying, selling, and property management. As a Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent, you will manage property sales from instruction through to completion while delivering an excellent customer experience. This full-time permanent role offers a salary of up to £35,000 and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing and listing residential properties
  • Managing vendors throughout the sales process
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales terms
  • Handling sales progression and associated administration
  • Conducting accompanied property viewings
  • Maintaining compliance with company procedures and industry regulations

Qualifications

  • Confident communication skills with a professional approach
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively and remain organised
  • Good administrative and problem-solving abilities
  • Full UK driving licence
