An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Administrator / Facilities Administrator to join a well-established law firm. This full-time role offers competitive salary and excellent benefits. As the Operations Administrator / Facilities Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the premises and supporting various administrative duties to uphold an efficient and welcoming workplace.

You will be responsible for:

  • Oversee the maintenance of buildings, equipment, and systems.
  • Coordinate inspections, repairs, and contractor activities.
  • Act as a liaison between management and external contractors.
  • Manage the booking and upkeep of meeting rooms.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and promptness.
  • Support mailroom activities including courier coordination.
