An opportunity has arisen for a Dental Practice Manager to join an established dental practice, responsible for overseeing day-to-day practice operations, supporting staff and maintaining high standards of patient service. As a Dental Practice Manager, you will lead the practice team, manage operational performance and support the commercial and administrative running of the practice. This role offers a salary of £40,000 (negotiable) and benefits. This role does not offer sponsorship.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the daily administrative and operational activities of the practice.
- Leading, supporting and developing the wider practice team.
- Assisting with recruitment, training and staff performance.
- Managing employee matters, including absence, performance concerns and team development.
- Overseeing practice-level financial performance, including budgets, costs and revenue.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Dental Practice Manager, Practice Manager, Clinical Manager, Operations Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience in dental practice management.
- Background in managing both NHS and private dentistry.
- Experience managing UDA/UOA activity and supporting private revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, including employee relations and compliance.
- Knowledge of KPIs, financial performance, cost control and revenue management.
- Track record in leading and developing teams.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 1 in 4 Saturdays (a day off in the week).
