Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Solicitor or in a similar role.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Background in company commercial law, including drafting sale and purchase agreements.
• Familiarity with companies Act and contract law.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in IT.
