An opportunity has arisen for a Bookkeeper to join a well-established accountancy practice supporting individuals and businesses with bookkeeping, payroll, VAT, tax, and financial compliance service. As a Bookkeeper, you will manage bookkeeping duties independently, including VAT preparation and maintaining accurate financial records for clients. This role can be full-time or part-time (3 days per week) offering a pro-rata salary range of £30,000 - £32,000 and benefits.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Bookkeeper, Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Assistant Accountant, Junior Accountant or in a similar role.
- At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience within accountancy practice.
- Ability to complete VAT returns independently.
- AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Confident working independently within an office environment.
