An opportunity has arisen for a New Homes Sales Advisor / Sales Consultant to join a residential housebuilder specialising in the development and construction of new homes. As a New Homes Sales Advisor / Sales Consultant, you will be managing the new homes sales process independently, from initial enquiry and reservation through to exchange and completion. This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 flexible for the right candidate and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing enquiries from prospective buyers and providing clear information on available properties, pricing and features.
  • Conducting viewings and presenting new-build properties to potential purchasers.
  • Guiding buyers through the reservation, sales progression and completion process.
  • Managing plot sales through to contract exchange and completion.
  • Building positive relationships with purchasers and maintaining regular contact throughout the transaction.
  • Following up enquiries and leads promptly and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Keeping up to date with local market conditions and competing developments.
  • Working with internal teams to support the smooth progression of sales.

  • Willingness to travel to the relevant development site(s).
  • A valid driving licence.
