An exciting opportunity has arisen for Business Development Executive to join a healthcare company providing clinical pharmacy and prescribing support to GP practices and NHS partners.\\n\\nAs a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business development and executing effective sales strategies to expand the organisation’s client base.\\n\\nThis office-based role offers a salary range of £30,000 – £40,000 plus uncapped commission and benefits. Full training will be provided.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nGenerate new business opportunities and pursue leads across targeted markets.\\nLead consultative sales conversations, navigating multiple stakeholders and addressing client requirements.\\nManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract completion.\\nBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed targets.\\nMaintain accurate records in CRM systems and track all sales activity.\\nCollaborate with internal teams, particularly marketing, to access and brief on marketing tools and campaigns.\\nAttend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to promote services.\\nPrepare reports, monitor KPIs, and review sales performance.\\n\\nWhat We Are Looking For:\\n\\nPreviously worked as a Healthcare Business Development Executive, Education Business Development Executive, Medical Business Development Executive, Business Development Executive, Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, Account Manager, Account executive, Healthcare Sales Executive, Medical Sales Executive, Education Sales Executive, or in a similar role.\\nProven experience of at least 4 years in business development or sales, ideally in healthcare, education, or very similar sectors.\\nStrong understanding of consultative sales and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.\\nUp-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in business development, marketing, and technology\\nSkilled in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and awareness of marketing tools.\\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\\nFull UK driving licence to attend industry events\\n\\nThis is a unique chance for a Business Development Executive to play a pivotal role in a growing, ambitious organisation.\\n\\nImportant Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
