Responsibilities
- Handle varied residential property transactions (Freehold and Leasehold Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity)
- Collaborate with pre-exchange, completions, and compliance teams to ensure smooth processes
- Deliver high-quality client service and advice
- Maintain accurate and detailed records for all matters
Key requirements
- Previous experience as Residential Property Solicitor, Property Lawyer, Conveyancer, or similar role
- At least 2 years of experience in Residential Conveyancing
- Strong attention to detail and client-focused mindset
