An opportunity has arisen for an AML Administrator / Client Screening Analyst to join a firm of Chartered Accountants and business advisers providing accounting, tax, audit and business advisory services to individuals and businesses.

As an AML Administrator / Client Screening Analyst, you will carry out client checks, maintain accurate records and update engagement letters to support regulatory compliance.

This is an initial 6-month fixed-term contract offering a pro-rata salary of Β£30,000, benefits and the potential for remote working after training.

Prior compliance experience is not essential. Full training will be provided.

You will be responsible for:

  • Screening clients using specialist software to support anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.
  • Recording screening outcomes accurately and maintaining clear documentation.
  • Updating engagement letters to reflect relevant compliance requirements.
  • Explaining changes to engagement letters and discussing them with clients.
  • Supporting the firms principal with other reasonable duties as required.

  • AML Administrator, Client Screening Analyst, Client Screening Administrator, AML Compliance Administrator, AML Assistant, AML Compliance Assistant, Compliance Administrator

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in office administration.
  • Confident telephone manner and the ability to communicate professionally with clients.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard office IT systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Willingness and ability to pass a DBS check.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Shift:

  • Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
  • One-hour lunch break.
