An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor / Senior Corporate Associate to join a law firm providing legal advice to businesses and individuals across a broad range of sectors, with expertise spanning corporate, commercial, real estate, employment, dispute resolution and private client services.
As a Corporate Solicitor / Senior Corporate Associate, you will be supporting a corporate team on a variety of transactions, providing legal advice, managing matters, and assisting with client relationships and business development activities.
This full-time permanent role offers hybrid working options, a competitive salary and benefits.
You will be responsible for
- Advising on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, spin-outs and venture capital matters.
- Drafting transaction documents and providing clear legal advice to clients.
- Managing transactions from initial stages through to completion.
- Working closely with clients, colleagues and third parties to support successful outcomes.
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the team.
- Supervising junior team members and providing guidance where required.
What we are looking for
- Previously worked as a Corporate Associate Corporate Solicitor, Corporate lawyer or in a similar role within private practice
- Possess approx. 6 years of PQE (Post-Qualified Experience)
- A qualified Solicitor with SRA accreditation.
- Proven experience in M&A, venture capital, and corporate transactions
- Experience managing matters independently from start to finish.
- Previous experience supervising junior colleagues.
