The Role
This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll lead the technical delivery of large-scale live events — with a strong focus on lighting design and systems. You’ll take projects from brief through to execution, managing multidisciplinary teams across lighting, audio, video, and scenic. - Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships
- Interpret and shape briefs with both creative and commercial thinking
- Produce accurate proposals, quotations, and technical documentation
- Specify and design lighting systems across a range of projects
- Coordinate across lighting, audio, video, and scenic teams
- Lead onsite delivery, ensuring seamless technical execution
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively
- Adapt quickly to changing project requirements
What We’re Looking For

- Strong expertise in lighting design and systems
- Solid understanding of audio, video, and scenic integration
