Known for delivering a personalised service and building long-term relationships with landlords and tenants, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team where you'll take ownership of your own property portfolio and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
The Role As Lettings Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio, acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.
Your responsibilities will include: ✅ Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties. ✅ Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants. ✅ Coordinating maintenance and repair works with contractors. ✅ Carrying out regular property inspections. ✅ Managing tenancy issues and ensuring prompt resolutions. ✅ Ensuring all properties remain compliant with current legislation. ✅ Overseeing tenancy renewals and the smooth day-to-day running of the portfolio. ✅ Delivering a professional, efficient and customer-focused property management service.
You'll ideally have: ✔ Previous experience as a Property Manager, Lettings Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Tenancy Manager, Lettings Coordinator, Lettings Consultant , or in a similar role. ✔ Hands-on experience managing residential lettings and property portfolios. ✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. ✔ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. ✔ A proactive, professional and solution-focused approach. ✔ A full UK driving licence. ✔ The right to work in the UK.
