Known for delivering a personalised service and building long-term relationships with landlords and tenants, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team where you'll take ownership of your own property portfolio and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The Role As Lettings Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio, acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.

Your responsibilities will include: βœ… Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties. βœ… Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants. βœ… Coordinating maintenance and repair works with contractors. βœ… Carrying out regular property inspections. βœ… Managing tenancy issues and ensuring prompt resolutions. βœ… Ensuring all properties remain compliant with current legislation. βœ… Overseeing tenancy renewals and the smooth day-to-day running of the portfolio. βœ… Delivering a professional, efficient and customer-focused property management service.

You'll ideally have: βœ” Previous experience as a Property Manager, Lettings Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Tenancy Manager, Lettings Coordinator, Lettings Consultant , or in a similar role. βœ” Hands-on experience managing residential lettings and property portfolios. βœ” Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. βœ” Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. βœ” A proactive, professional and solution-focused approach. βœ” A full UK driving licence. βœ” The right to work in the UK.
