Known for delivering a personalised service and building long-term relationships with landlords and tenants, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team where you'll take ownership of your own property portfolio and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
The Role As Lettings Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio, acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.
Your responsibilities will include: β Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties. β Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants. β Coordinating maintenance and repair works with contractors. β Carrying out regular property inspections. β Managing tenancy issues and ensuring prompt resolutions. β Ensuring all properties remain compliant with current legislation. β Overseeing tenancy renewals and the smooth day-to-day running of the portfolio. β Delivering a professional, efficient and customer-focused property management service.
You'll ideally have: β Previous experience as a Property Manager, Lettings Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Tenancy Manager, Lettings Coordinator, Lettings Consultant , or in a similar role. β Hands-on experience managing residential lettings and property portfolios. β Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. β Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. β A proactive, professional and solution-focused approach. β A full UK driving licence. β The right to work in the UK.
