We’re recruiting for an HR Administrator to join an engineering consultancy specialising in renewable energy, waste-to-energy and sustainable infrastructure. This is a varied role supporting both HR and recruitment administration, covering everything from vacancy posting and interview coordination through to onboarding, employee records, HR documentation and payroll support.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Recruitment administration and job advert posting
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Screening CVs and preparing shortlists
- Preparing offer letters, contracts and HR paperwork
- Maintaining accurate employee records and recruitment data
- Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries
- Supporting starters, leavers, absence records and payroll administration
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in an HR Administrator, Recruitment Administrator, HR Assistant, HR & Recruitment Administrator, People Assistant or similar role. You’ll need strong administration skills, good knowledge of recruitment processes, confidence using Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
