The Role:

You will support the conveyancing department with the smooth progression of residential property transactions, assisting with administration, client communication, legal documentation, and case management duties.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant, Conveyancing Secretary, Conveyancing Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, Paralegal or similar
  • Residential conveyancing experience preferred
  • Good understanding of conveyancing procedures & documentation
  • Experience using case management systems & Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisation & communication skills
