An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to join a leading organisation delivering high-quality live experiences for globally recognised brands and venues. The Role
- You’ll take ownership of the technical delivery of live events, supporting the design, coordination, and on-site execution of lighting, audio, and video systems.
- You’ll be hands-on throughout, from planning through to live execution, stepping in to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support on-site delivery and live event execution
- Collaborate with clients to develop technical solutions
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Produce technical documentation (system designs, safety paperwork)
- Lead and coordinate technical teams across projects
- Oversee integration of lighting, audio, and video systems
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a similar role (AV Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Production Manager, etc.)
- Proven end-to-end live event production experience
- Strong technical knowledge of AV systems (lighting, audio, video)
- Experience with system design, implementation, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and rental software
- Ability to manage budgets, logistics, and client expectations
- Confident working in fast-paced live environments
- Full driving licence (desirable)
