An opportunity has arisen for a Teacher of Psychology to join a respected independent day and boarding school offering personalised academic and pastoral support for students.
As a Teacher of Psychology, you will deliver A Level Psychology lessons, covering planned teaching sessions for students across different year groups.
This is a temporary cover role offering competitive salary and benefits.
You will be responsible for
- Delivering scheduled Psychology lessons to A Level students.
- Teaching Year 12 and Year 13 classes across a range of Psychology topics.
- Following the provided lesson timetable and existing curriculum structure.
- Supporting students' understanding and progress throughout the teaching period.
What we are looking for
- Previously worked as a Teacher of Psychology or in a similar role.
- Ability to confidently deliver lessons covering topics including Social Influence, Memory, Cognition & Development, and Schizophrenia.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to engage students effectively.
- Ability to follow an existing timetable and teaching plan.
