As a Litigation Solicitor / Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload within civil litigation, advising clients on legal matters and representing them in court when necessary. This full-time permanent role offers a salary of up to £60,000 and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload in civil litigation, including disputes in employment law, landlord-tenant matters, commercial disputes, and debt recovery.
- Advise clients on legal issues, drafting and preparing legal documents.
