An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor / Senior Corporate Associate to join a law firm providing legal advice to businesses and individuals across a broad range of sectors, with expertise spanning corporate, commercial, real estate, employment, dispute resolution and private client services. As a Corporate Solicitor / Senior Corporate Associate, you will be supporting a corporate team on a variety of transactions, providing legal advice, managing matters, and assisting with client relationships and business development activities.
