An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent / Branch manager to join a well-established company offering estate agency, letting, legal, and mortgage services, alongside regulated support for buying, selling, and property management. As a Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent / Branch manager, you will manage property sales from instruction through to completion while delivering excellent customer experience. This full-time permanent role offers a basic salary range of £35k-£45k (DOE), plus a bonus of up to £7k and benefits. The bonus is linked to branch performance and lead generation targets.

You will be responsible for:

  • Marketing and listing residential properties
  • Managing vendors throughout the sales process
