An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Interior Designer / Architect to join a respected design studio delivering high-end residential projects across Surrey and Southeast London.

As a Senior Interior Designer / Architect, you will be responsible for managing residential interior projects from concept to completion, leading client relationships and overseeing on-site activity. This full-time role offers a salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading client meetings and presenting design concepts with confidence.
  • Developing and managing interior projects from early design stages through to installation.
  • Creating precise AutoCAD drawings and detailed design documentation.
  • Coordinating with suppliers, contractors and trades on site.
  • Managing timelines, budgets and material schedules.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Senior Interior Designer, Interior Architect, Senior Design Consultant, Interior Design Project Manager, Residential Designer, Interior Technical Designer, Interior Design Manager or in a similar role.
  • At least 6 years’ experience in a senior role.
  • Possess 3 years’ experience in residential interior design experience gained across Surrey and London.
  • Background in site coordination, joinery and high-end finishes.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD and ability to produce detailed technical drawings.
  • Full UK driving licence.
