An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Parts Advisor to join a well-established car dealership, providing vehicle sales, servicing, repairs and parts support to customers across the region.
As a
Parts Advisor, you'll ensure the workshop and customers receive the right parts efficiently, working closely with technicians, suppliers and service teams.
This full-time role offers basic salary of Β£27,700 with OTE up to Β£32,000and benefits.
You will be responsible for:
- Supplying parts to workshop and retail customers.
- Identifying, sourcing and ordering the correct parts.
- Checking availability, costs and expected delivery times.
- Monitoring stock levels and completing regular stock checks.
- Receiving, checking and storing delivered parts correctly.
- Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
- Working closely with Service and Sales teams.
- Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Handling customer enquiries professionally by telephone and face-to-face.
- Maintaining an organised and efficient Parts Department.
Thecandidatesfromthefollowingbackgroundwillbeconsidered:
- Parts Advisor, Parts Adviser, Parts Sales Advisor, Parts Consultant, Parts Specialist or in a similar role.
What we are looking for:
- Approx. 2 years of experienceas a Parts Advisor.
- Experience working within a motor trade Parts Department, ideally within a dealership environment
- Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
- Background in using computerised parts and stock management systems; ideally Pinnacle.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to increase parts sales
- A full driving licence
