Role Description We are currently looking to hire a Property Solicitor (2–4 years’ PQE) to join our well‑established property team based in London. This role offers a broad and engaging workload, with an approximate 70:30 split between Commercial Property and Residential Property, providing the ideal platform for a solicitor looking to develop a rounded property practice within a supportive, high‑quality team. You will work closely with partners while managing your own matters, advising a diverse client base on a wide range of property transactions. The role will include: Handling a varied commercial property caseload, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, leases, licences, and general asset management work Conducting residential property transactions, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, leases, transfers and associated documentation Undertaking title reviews, due diligence and reporting to clients Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships About You We are keen to speak with solicitors who can demonstrate: 2–4 years’ PQE, qualified in England
