As an Architectural Technologist / Architectural Technician, you will run residential projects, develop technical details, and coordinate with consultants to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. You will be responsible for:
- Managing projects independently from planning stage through to construction
- Preparing planning and building regulations drawing packages
- Developing and resolving technical detailing
- Coordinating with structural engineers and other consultants

What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Senior Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician, Senior Architectural Technician, Architectural Technologist, Architect or in a similar role.

- Chartered MCIAT or actively working towards chartership.
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
