An opportunity has arisen for an e xperienced Parts Advisor / Parts Supervisor to join a well-established vehicle dealership, specialising in the sales, servicing and maintenance of commercial vehicles.
As an experienced Parts Advisor / Parts Supervisor , you will oversee the daily operation of the Parts Department, ensuring efficient stock management, excellent customer service and strong team performance.
This role offers salary up to £37,580 and benefits.
You will be responsible for: Supervising and supporting the Parts team to achieve departmental objectives.
Working closely with the Site Manager to improve operational performance.
Managing the day-to-day running of the Parts Department.
Overseeing the sourcing, ordering and supply of parts in line with manufacturer and company procedures.
Monitoring Vehicle Off Road (VOR) orders and reducing delays where possible.
Managing stock receipts, returns, movements and associated documentation.
Maintaining accurate stock levels through effective inventory control.
Coaching and developing the Parts team to maintain high standards.
Maintaining housekeeping, merchandising and Health Safety standards.
