An opportunity has arisen for a Bid Manager / Tender Manager / Electrical Estimator / Pre-Construction Manager to join a specialist engineering and contracting organisation delivering electrical and infrastructure solutions across a range of commercial, industrial, utilities, and data centre projects.
As a Bid Manager / Tender Manager / Electrical Estimator / Pre-Construction Manager , you will lead tender submissions, manage bid activity, support pricing strategies, and coordinate internal teams to deliver competitive and compliant proposals.
This role offers benefits, option to work 1 day remote per week and a salary range of £70,000 - £85,000.
Candidates from Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Electrical Estimating, or Pre-Construction backgrounds with relevant bid experience will be considered.
You will be responsible for: Managing the full bid lifecycle from tender review and planning through to submission, clarification, and handover.
Collaborating with operational, commercial, procurement, technical, and business development teams to deliver quality tender responses.
Reviewing cost plans, take-offs, supplier quotations, pricing, and commercial submissions.
