£30,000 - £35,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE up to £75,000) | Hybrid -2 days working from home
Are you an experienced Mortgage Adviser ready for the next level? Maybe you're doing the same cases week after week, losing time to admin, or unsure where your career goes from here.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful, forward-thinking and award-recognised mortgage brokerage, where you can concentrate on advising clients and writing business, with quality leads and a strong support structure around you.
The business is directly authorised and has developed a particularly strong reputation in the Buy-to-Let market, having been Highly Commended for Best Mainstream Broker for Buy-to-Let at the Mortgage Strategy Awards 2026. Alongside residential and Buy-to-Let, the team specialises in bridging, commercial and development finance for property investors.
You'll build on the residential and Buy-to-Let experience you already have, then step up into specialist finance with full training and support. As technology increasingly handles straightforward cases, specialist expertise is becoming one of the most valuable skills an adviser can have.
You'll be joining an experienced team with an excellent infrastructure already in place. Advisers benefit from a steady flow of quality leads, in-house protection support, a dedicated Compliance Officer, admin support, and a bespoke CRM system that takes the admin burden off your plate so you can spend your time advising.
You will be responsible for:
- Assessing clients' financial circumstances, affordability and objectives to identify suitable mortgage and protection options.
- Researching products and lending criteria across a range of lenders.
- Completing client fact-finds and gathering the required supporting information.
- Preparing and submitting mortgage applications and supporting documentation.
- Managing cases throughout the application process through to completion.
- Maintaining regular contact with clients, lenders and relevant stakeholders.
- Providing clear and timely updates throughout each case.
- Ensuring advice and case management meet regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
What we are looking for:
- Approx.2 years of relevant mortgage experience.
- Background in Buy-to-Let, Portfolio Landlords and Professional Investors.
- CeMAP qualification, but candidates without it may be considered if they have relevant experience.
- Knowledge of affordability assessments, lending criteria and mortgage and protection products
- Understanding of the UK mortgage market, lender products and FCA regulatory requirements
- Ability to use CRM systems and digital tools for research, record keeping and client communication
- Experience within financial services would be preferred.

About you:
- You'll be an experienced Mortgage Adviser who enjoys building relationships with clients and providing a high-quality, consultative service.

- You’ll be comfortable managing your own pipeline and motivated by the opportunity to develop your expertise and maximise your earnings within a supportive environment.
- If you're looking for better support, uncapped earning potential, and greater flexibility, plus a genuine next step in your career, this could be an excellent move.
