Morson Edge are working with a leading global infrastructure consultancy to recruit an experienced Technical Director of Architecture to join their Nuclear sector team. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a fully qualified Architect with experience delivering complex projects within the Nuclear sector or another highly regulated environment . The successful candidate will provide technical and design leadership across multidisciplinary projects, while supporting client engagement, business development and the continued growth of the team. The Opportunity As Technical Director, you will lead the delivery of complex multidisciplinary architectural projects across the Nuclear sector, working across both civil and defence programmes. You will provide technical leadership from early design stages through to project delivery, ensuring high standards of design quality, coordination, safety and compliance within a highly regulated environment. The role will also involve leading and mentoring architectural teams, developing client relationships and supporting bids and strategic growth across the sector.
