An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced MET Technician ideally with 5 years experience to join an independent vehicle repair centre. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £45,000 - £58,500 for a 42.5 hours work week.
As a MET Technician, you will be responsible for stripping and refitting various vehicle makes and models, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained. You will be responsible for:
- Conducting diagnostic checks, geometry wheel alignment, and suspension and mechanical duties.
- Performing fault finding and diagnostics.
- Resetting ADAS and performing calibration resets.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Completing all work to BSI 10125 accreditation level and manufacturer specifications.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a MET Technician, Strip Fitter, MET Fitter, Trim Technician or in a similar role within a body shop / repair workshop.
- Ideally have 5 years of MET experience.
- ATA or equivalent qualification.
- Valid UK driving licence.
