An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to join a care provider, delivering specialist support services to adults with complex needs. As a Registered Manager, you will manage supported living services for adults with additional and complex needs. This full-time role offers a salary up to £40,000 and benefits.
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily operations, staffing, and care planning within a small geographic area.
- Line managing support teams and fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and working toward outstanding CQC outcomes.
- Promoting independence and community integration for supported individuals.
- Leading service development and implementing person-centred support strategies.
- Supporting and mentoring your Deputy Manager with delegated responsibilities.
- Maintaining robust documentation, including rosters, risk assessments, and care plans.
What we are looking for:
