An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a well-established car dealership, providing vehicle sales, servicing, repairs and parts support to customers across the region.

As a Sales Administrator, you will be supporting the sales team by managing vehicle sales administration, documentation, customer records and day-to-day office processes.

This full-time role offers salary range of Β£25,000 - Β£26,000 and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

  • Processing vehicle sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Preparing customer and vehicle-related paperwork.
  • Supporting vehicle registrations and invoicing.
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and sales systems.
  • Providing administrative assistance to the sales team.
  • Liaising with customers, finance providers and suppliers.
  • Ensuring paperwork is complete and meets internal procedures.
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally.
  • Welcoming customers and providing a helpful service.
  • Maintaining accurate filing and office records.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as an Administrator or in a similar role.
  • A willingness to learn and develop a long-term career.
  • Skilled in using computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and customer service abilities.
  • Previous office or customer service experience would be beneficial.
