An opportunity has arisen for an In-House Lettings Manager to join a well-established company managing shopping centres, specialising in retail asset management, leasing, and operations. As an In-House Lettings Manager, you will maximise occupancy across a diverse retail portfolio by managing lettings, marketing vacant units, handling occupier enquiries, and building strong tenant relationships to drive income and asset performance. This role offers a salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 plus benefits providing excellent exposure to the retail property sector within a supportive, growing organisation.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining property listings across key property portals
- Handling incoming lettings enquiries and supporting leasing processes
- Coordinating property viewings with prospective tenants
- Assisting with the marketing of vacant commercial units
- Liaising with tenants, prospective occupiers, and wider stakeholders
- Ensuring all listings remain accurate, engaging, and up to date
- Supporting sales-related property activity where required
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Lettings Manager, Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Agent, Lettings Consultant, Lettings Coordinator, Estate Agent, Lettings Administration Manager or in a similar role.
- Prior experience within leasing and property management.
