An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hotel General Manager with 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment to join an award winning 4-star hotel. This role offers excellent benefits plus live-in accommodation for 3-6 months and salary range of £35,000 – £40,000. As a Hotel General Manager , you will be overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. You will be responsible for: Managing and controlling expenditure to meet financial targets. Analysing sales figures and implementing marketing and revenue strategies. Recruiting, training, and managing team members to maintain high standards. Creating and monitoring work schedules for individuals and teams. Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager, Hotel Manager or in a similar role. At least 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
