An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Holiday Club Manager with 3 years’ experience in childcare and 1 year in a supervisory role to join a well-established childcare provider. This role offers excellent benefits and a competitive salary.
As a Holiday Club Manager, you will oversee daily operations during school holidays, plan activities, manage staff, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for children.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing and leading creative, age-appropriate activities that align with developmental frameworks.
- Promoting child-led play and encouraging children’s involvement in planning activities.
- Maintaining supervision and ensuring adherence to safeguarding policies.
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing health and safety protocols.
- Leading, motivating, and providing support to a team of playworkers.
