An opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager / Deputy Manager to join a childrens residential care provider.
This full-time role offers salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 and benefits.
As a Registered Manager / Deputy Manager, you will oversee the childrens residential home, ensuring appropriate care standards and effective day-to-day management.
They will also consider Deputy Manager ready to progress into a Registered Manager position.
What we are looking for:
- Approx 5 years experience in residential care, including 2 years in a management role within a childrens residential setting.
- Background in managing residential homes for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management in Childrens Residential Care, or an equivalent qualification.
- Be able to work over the weekends and evenings.
- An enhanced DBS check and a full UK driving licence.
- The right to work in the UK.

- Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Home Manager, Responsible Individual, Children's Home Manager, Registered Home Manager, Deputy Home Manager, Children's Care Manager, Care Manager or in a similar role
