Senior Service Advisor to join a well-established vehicle dealership, specialising in the sales, servicing and maintenance of commercial vehicles.

, you will lead the Service Advisor team while ensuring an efficient after-sales operation and delivering excellent customer experience.
This full-time, permanent role offers a salary up to £37,620 for 46.5 hours work week plus performance-related bonus of up to £1,720 per annum and benefits.
You will be responsible for
- Overseeing the daily operation of the Service Reception.
- Providing a professional service to customers in person and over the telephone.
- Scheduling vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair appointments.
- Preparing and managing repair orders using the dealership management system.
- Completing vehicle check-in procedures and recording customer requirements.
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Obtaining approval for additional repair work where required.
- Coordinating vehicle collections, deliveries and handovers.
