An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Product Manager to join a well-established health research organisation and charity supporting large-scale medical research to improve disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead product strategy and delivery, developing scalable digital solutions across clinical research and healthcare technology.

This is a 6-month contract-based role offering hybrid / remote working options, salary range of £550 - £700 per day (Inside IR35) and benefits.

You will be responsible for

  • Setting and delivering product strategy across clinical trial recruitment and research data services.
  • Leading product discovery, validation, roadmap planning and prioritisation using customer insight and data.
  • Working closely with engineering teams to agree priorities, manage trade-offs and deliver product outcomes.
  • Building relationships with pharmaceutical, academic and research customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
  • Turning individual customer requirements into scalable product capabilities rather than one-off solutions.
  • Defining product requirements, acceptance criteria, success measures and delivery plans.
  • Working collaboratively with engineering, data, design and clinical teams in regulated environments.
  • Balancing commercial requirements with research and operational priorities.
  • Tracking product adoption, performance and commercial results to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Presenting product priorities, progress and risks to senior stakeholders.

What we are looking for

  • Extensive experience in Senior Product Management within healthcare, life sciences, clinical research or clinical trials.

  • Prior experience converting customer requirements into scalable product solutions.
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical organisations, ideally within clinical trials, patient recruitment, patient engagement or research services.
  • The ability to balance commercial requirements with research and operational priorities.
  • Experience working alongside engineering teams and leading product delivery.
  • Strong product strategy, roadmap planning and prioritisation experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across engineering, data, research, clinical and executive functions.
  • Have experience delivering products within complex, regulated environments.
