An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Calibration Technician tojoin a reputable company in the calibration industry. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £25,000 – £28,000. As a Calibration Technician , you will perform calibrations across various disciplines as part of the technician team. This role does not offer sponsorship. You will be responsible for: Committed to meeting company needs and contributing to continuous improvement and personal growth. Modify rigs and piping systems as per work instructions. Process calibration results to ensure high accuracy. Participate in competency assessments, internal investigations, and UKAS audits. Complete tasks in a timely and professional manner. Cross-train across departments and sites to provide cover during peak demand. Ensure calibration equipment is functional and fit for purpose. Generate certificates, label instrument and support peers in task completion. Adhere to ISO17025 and ISO9001 accreditation requirements. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Calibration Technician, Calibration Engineer, Metrology Technician, Laboratory Technician or in a similar role. Skilled in calibrations across multiple areas with minimal supervision. Ability to identify metrological instruments and understand work instruction requirements.
