An opportunity has arisen for a Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a mortgage and property services business providing tailored mortgage, protection and financial solutions.

As a Mortgage & Protection Advisor, you will be providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to warm, qualified enquiries while managing clients through to completion.

This role offers a basic salary of £34,000 with an OTE £100,000+ and benefits.

You will be responsible for

  • Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice, supporting clients from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Convert qualified enquiries into completed business while delivering appropriate customer outcomes.
  • Build lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with estate agency and property teams to maximise business opportunities.
  • Ensure all advice and processes remain fully FCA compliant throughout the advice process.

What we are looking for

  • Previously worked as a Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Adviser, Mortgage Broker, Mortgage & Protection Adviser, Protection Adviser, Protection Advisor, Mortgage & Protection Advisor, Mortgage Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Ce MAP qualification.
  • Good knowledge of FCA compliance requirements.
  • Strong ability to convert leads and build trusted client relationships.
  • Motivated, organised and client-focused
