Role Summary
An opportunity has arisen for a Scenic Project Manager to join a leading live events and production organisation delivering high-end technical solutions for major brands and venues.
We are seeking two candidates: 1x Scenic Project Manager and 1x Senior Scenic Project Manager.

Manager: you will manage scenic projects from initial concept through to final installation, overseeing design, production, budgets, suppliers, and on-site delivery to ensure high-quality results.

Manager: you will be leading scenic projects from concept through to delivery, managing teams, suppliers, budgets and technical requirements to ensure successful event installations.
Possess experience in the live events industry.
These roles offer hybrid working after six months (two days remote, three days office-based), with a salary range of Β£50,000 - Β£65,000 plus benefits.

- What we are looking for
- Previously worked as a Senior Scenic Project Manager, Project Manager, Production Manager, Event Production Manager, Live Events Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Prior experience managing scenic construction, set builds or similar bespoke production projects.
- Strong knowledge of scenic build processes, construction methods, materials, and finishes.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD or similar design software to produce technical construction drawings.
- Ability to manage budgets, quotations and project documentation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communication skills with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance creative solutions with project budgets.
