An opportunity has arisen for an In-House Lettings Agent to join a well-established company managing shopping centres, specialising in retail asset management, leasing, and operations. As an In-House Lettings Agent, you will manage lettings activity, enquiries, listings, and vacant unit marketing across a varied property portfolio. This role offers a salary range of £30,000 - £39,000 and benefits.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining property listings across key property portals
- Handling incoming lettings enquiries and supporting leasing processes
- Coordinating property viewings with prospective tenants
- Assisting with the marketing of vacant commercial units
- Liaising with tenants, prospective occupiers, and wider stakeholders
- Ensuring all listings remain accurate, engaging, and up to date
- Supporting sales-related property activity where required
What we are looking for:
