An opportunity has arisen for a Mortgage Advisor to join a mortgage and property services business providing tailored mortgage, protection and financial solutions. As a Mortgage Advisor , you will be providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to warm, qualified enquiries while managing clients through to completion. This role offers a basic salary of £32,000, with potential for an increase after successfully completing probation, and an OTE of £100,000+. Whole-of-market experience preferred, but candidates from other mortgage backgrounds will also be considered. You will be responsible for: Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice, supporting clients from initial enquiry through to completion. Convert qualified enquiries into completed business while delivering appropriate customer outcomes. Build lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Work closely with estate agency and property teams to maximise business opportunities. Ensure all advice and processes remain fully FCA compliant throughout the advice process.
