Programme Manager to join a well-established health research organisation and charity supporting large-scale medical research to improve disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
As a
Programme Manager , you will lead delivery across a portfolio of strategic growth initiatives, providing structure, oversight and direction to support successful outcomes.
This is a
6-month contract-based role offering hybrid / remote working options, salary range of £450 - £550 per day (Inside IR35) and benefits.
You will be responsible for
- Lead planning and coordination across a portfolio of revenue-generating initiatives.
- Turn strategic priorities into clear delivery plans, milestones, ownership and timelines.
- Monitor dependencies, assumptions, risks and key delivery pathways.
- Maintain momentum across multiple initiatives by coordinating planning and addressing delivery obstacles.
- Introduce practical programme management processes that improve visibility and delivery confidence.
- Work with initiative leads to strengthen planning, sequencing and execution.
- Produce clear reporting to support effective decision-making and provide senior stakeholders with visibility of progress, risks and delivery confidence.
- Build effective working relationships across business, operational and leadership teams.
- Facilitate discussions to align priorities, clarify responsibilities and support timely decisions.
- Develop practical tools, templates and processes to support continued effective delivery.
